Description Transparent liquid, pH 3.50±0.50 (buffer system). Action Effectively models the oval of the face (with ptosis), reduces the appearance of wrinkles, provides skin elasticity, elasticity, tone. It stimulates the production of collagen and elastin, shows a pronounced lifting effect, increases muscle tone. DMAE is used in aesthetic medicine as an effective agent for non-surgical facelift of soft tissues of the face. The only way to increase skin density and muscle tone is to increase the level of acetylcholine in the body. DMAE is a precursor of acetylcholine, stimulates the constriction of contractile elements of the dermis, activates the vital activity of cells and neuro -humoral interactions between them. Acting through acetylcholine receptors, it participates in the regulation of basic cellular functions (division and differentiation, organization of the cellular skeleton, intercellular communications). DMAE inhibits the secretion of anti-inflammatory interleukins (IL-2, IL-6, IL-10), which play an important role in the regulation of humoral immunity, in the development of allergic reactions and the formation of antibodies. DMAE stimulates the production of collagen and elastin, shows a pronounced lifting effect, increases muscle tone. Antioxidant, stabilizes cell membranes. It prevents the cross–linking of molecules and the formation of "crosslinking", removes the toxic "aging pigment" accumulated in cells - lipofuscin (shortens the life cycle of cells), improves oxidative phosphorylation, capture and transfer of oxygen to tissues. The effect of DMAE on: Epidermis – activation of keratinotic proliferation and differentiation, normalization of cell cohesion, hydration of the stratum corneum, prevention of lipofuscin deposits. Dermis – normalization of fibroblast proliferation, strengthening of myofibroblast contraction, stimulation of macrophage activity. Blood vessels (capillaries) – expansion, significant improvement in the capture and transfer of oxygen to tissues. Pronounced antioxidant property, protection of cells from free radicals. * The effect of DMAE on the neck and the line of the lower jaw - the skin tone of the neck is noticeably increased. DMAE significantly "tightens" the circular eye muscle. DMAE in combination with hyaluronic acid can effectively restore the skin above the upper lip, strengthen and increase the volume of the circular muscles of the mouth. Note: due to possible cytotoxicity, the concentration of DMAE in cocktails should not exceed 3%! Composition A solution of dimethylethanol tartrate 4%. Indications: Age-related changes: - decrease in the tone and elasticity of the muscles of the face, neck - fine and deep wrinkles on the face, neck and decollete area. Decreased skin tone after weight loss and reduction of body volume – sagging skin of the anterior abdominal wall, inner thighs and forearms. Recommended application methods Microneedling (mesoroller), Dermapen (fractional mesotherapy), electroporation, phonophoresis, ionophoresis, ultrasound. For making cocktails with SILICIUM 0.5% - AMESON (for dense, "heavy" skin) with HYAL 2%, HYAL 3.5% - AMESON (for thin, dry skin). DMAE 4% in its pure form is not intended for injection into the deep layers of the dermis (!). DMAE 4% in its pure form is not intended for the technique of introducing "papules" (!).
